Explaining the Reason for Receipt of the Data in the Clarification Text (Annex-1)

"In accordance with the KVK Law, although it is necessary to obtain the consent of the relevant person in order to process the data, in some exceptional cases, these data may be processed even without the consent of the relevant person. These states are;

  • a) To be expressly stipulated in the laws.
  • b) It is necessary for the protection of the life or bodily integrity of the person who is unable to explain his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not recognized as legally valid.
  • c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
  • d) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.
  • e) It has been made public by the person concerned.
  • f) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
  • g) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, the data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

"As the Company, we carry out a data processing process limited to the reasons such as further developing our website in terms of the user/visitors, informing the user/visitors about the services we offer, learning their satisfaction/complaints about the services, making the web page more secure and eliminating the errors / deficiencies on the website and introducing our new services. In this context, the data owner user / visitors accept and declare that they have their consent to the data to be processed within this scope when they visit / use the web page. For any data processing process that will take place other than this, our company undertakes that it will not act against the consent of the relevant person in accordance with the KVK Law and will enter a data processing process after obtaining the consent of the relevant person. Our Company may share the data with the following persons within the scope of the realization of the above-mentioned purposes. Visitors/users of the website agree that they have been expressly informed of this and that they consent to such sharing in advance." Who can be shared;
